As an exercise…make a list this week in one day of all the chemicals, toxins, or sythentics your body comes in contact with in just ONE DAY.

Choose five to ten to commit to eliminating from your life for the next month. Monitor any differences you experience in your health.

There is this amazing transformation that happens in the process of “letting go” of some unnecessary things that weigh down our environment that we note above.   1. Hi, I was wondering about self tanners or bronzers for the body. Are there any out there that are better than others? With summer coming.. I’d really like a little color, but I’ve been doing really well with using lotions and deoderants from Wholefoods that do not contain most of the chemicals I have been using in the past. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

      Hi Dawn, sorry for the delay! I think we answered this one on our e3 Energy Evolved facebook page, but if not let us know! Whole Foods Market is a great resource too, and we’ve mostly found their staff to be well-trained in these products. I don’t use self-tanner, we recommend low toxic load approach to your body & just getting the healthy amount of natural sun per day, 15 mins is great. Everyone of course is different. Damian is Italian, there are environmental (cultural) aspects to your tolerance. – Heather, e3ee

  2. I just discovered this amazing website yesterday. I am over whelmed and excited to learn more about changing my ways to cope with (or should I say heal) my thyroid issues. I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism in December of 2000. It wasn’t until 2008 that I discovered I had Hashimotos. I’ve had a hard time trying to find a sensible way to “just deal” with it all. Now I feel like there is hope that my 39 year old body can be all better again. Thank you!
