Sleep Hydration Tip to Improve Detoxification

Ever thought of your pre-bed and morning hydration as potential game-changers to help you improve your metabolic health or fat loss?

Try drinking a 16 oz glass of filtered water as soon as you wake up and another 16 oz glass just prior to bed. Water should be preferably filtered & delivered through a toxin-free non-aluminum, non-plastic, stainless steel water bottle.

The 8-12 hours between your last meal of the day and your first meal of the following day helps give the digestive system a break so the bodily systems can focus its energy on detoxification.

Lots of water before bed and upon waking can really help to flush toxins and give you that another key extra advanced edge in your fat loss goals we’re all looking for.

In addition, it can offer you that feeling of digestive satiety (feeling and perception of fullness) to prevent over eating from the onset of the day.

Keep in mind, however, that we want to drink a good 1-1 1/2 gallons of water throughout the day as well.
